[Party] Reminder for Girona

Hi,

I just want to remind everyone that we'll be hosting a mapping party just 
prior to the 2nd Free GIS conferences in Girona, Spain.


I'll be expecting quite a few people who know very few about how OSM and 
mapping parties work, so the schedule will be:

- Saturday evening: Crash-course on Potlach, JOSM, data gathering 
and "why-doesn't-it-show-up-in-the-map-five-seconds-after-I've-uploaded-the-data"?
- Sunday morning: Mapping
- Sunday evening: JOSMing and rendering
