[Photon] install on windows

Dear,

Two quick questions:


1)      Is #100 fixed in the download mentioned on the webpage... It pops up on a win8.1 system.

2)      Which version was used for compilation of the jar files ? I received an error message which implies somehow the Java version is too low..

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: spark/Route :
Unsupported major.minor version 51.0
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassCond(Unknown Source)....
Could not find the main class: de.komoot.photon.importer.App. Program will exit.

On the webpage its mentioned that JAVA 6 (JRE or JDK?) is needed, Wikipedia indicates that the reported 51 would be (J2SE 7 = 51 (0x33 hex))

My java version is:
java version "1.6.0_45"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_45-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 20.45-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

Has the target argument been set while compiling ?
