[Photon] Q: can photon search on tags? Can I add it?

Hello, is the reg_name now indexed? I don't seem to find it with this query:

```http://photon.komoot.de/api/?q=big%20island&limit=50&lat=20.77&lon=-157.82```

I can find it on nominatim:

```http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search.php?q=big+island&viewbox=-176.88%2C30.21%2C-139.07%2C11.65```
