[Photon] Q: can photon search on tags? Can I add it?

Hi Sachin,

I added a checked and verified that regional names are getting indexed correctly: https://github.com/komoot/photon/commit/79f01b844338274013d0fb096a14e207062a86a5

The document is missing in the elastic search index. For any reason it did not get imported from Nominatim. At the moment I am setting up a nominatim instance myself in preparation for the 0.2.1 release. I am confident the document will be part of the index then.
