[Photon] Considering Photon for production

Hi Holger,
Thanks for asking, but we don't need reverse lookup. In fact, I think that
now that 0.3.0 fixes the lat/lon bias, it could be that it solves my
problem.
We use Nominatim and allow users to search for something (e.g Waterloo
station) within a bounding box. The majority of our clients are using their
mobile phones, so they need to search for things within their screens.
Although Photon doesn't support that, it's possible that 0.3.0 will give me
good results with lat/lon bias, which I can then apply a bounding box
myself to filter out what I don't need. In our case, it's useless to search
for Boise, Idaho, while close to that lat/lon, but get results from Bois,
France (link
<https://github.com/komoot/photon/issues/198#issuecomment-381603866>). In
fact, if you're looking at Boise on your mobile phone, you absolutely don't
want results from France.
I will wait for 0.3.0 to be deployed to komoot, test it and then see if I
need further assistance. I think 0.3.0 should work.
Thanks a lot.
