[Photon] Would it be possible to run Photon data on a managed Elasticsearch cluster?

Hello Julien,
You can always connect photon to an external ElasticSearch cluster for
query. The harder part will be how to get the data there. You can
probably connect Nominatim to ElasticSearch too but to use our prepared
data you need access to the underlying file system.
