[Photon] Photon on private server

If the load is not too high I think you should still try photon. Reverse
geocoding got relative fast.
Another service might be GraphHopper. Then you would need to wait for
0.13 or use that PR: https://github.com/graphhopper/graphhopper/pull/1548
