Hello.
We have tried Photon API on photon.komoot.io (and after install on a local
server with your standard prepared data package), however, for Belgium, the
region (Wallonie / Wallonia for example) is not returned by default in the
reverse-geocoding result : https://photon.komoot.io/reverse?lat=50&lon=5
(for instance, Nominatim and Gisgraphy return it :
https://services.gisgraphy.com/reversegeocoding/search?format=json&lat=50&lng=5
-
https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=geocodejson&lat=50&lon=5
).
It seems to be administrative level 4 in OpenStreetMap data as detailed
here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:boundary%3Dadministrative
France regions seem to be returned without any problem (even if they are
also on administrative level 4 in OpenStreetMap data).
We would like to know if this kind of data is well included in the standard
data package?
If yes, how can we ask the API to return it ? With a specific parameter or
by modifying the Java code?
Do you have a documentation of all parameters which can be provided to the
reverse-geocoding API?
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.
