[Photon] Search by osm_id? Is 900GB requirement still current?

Dear photon users,

I have two unresolved questions which I couldn't find absolute 
confirmation about in the docs. Namely:
- Is it possible to find one specific feature by `osm_id`? The lack of a 
mention of this makes me believe that it isn't possible, which for my 
scenario would mean I couldn't adopt Photon, sadly. Therefore, I hope to 
have gotten the wrong impression.

- What are the current storage requirements for a full planet import? I 
see conflicting information, since the Nominatim website reports 130GB 
(though I might be misreading), while Photon's docs mention 900GB 
requirements. Could the requirement be even higher than the latter 
nowadays, due to old docs, and growing dataset?
