[Photon] Search by osm_id? Is 900GB requirement still current?

Photon has no such feature. The information is there but there
is not even a search index over the ID. So adding such a feature
is a rather a big undertaking and not likely to happen.
Nominatim has the \lookup endpoint for searching by OSM ID.

The DB for photon.komoot.io needs 145GB as of today.
