Subject: [Photon] Closing the Photon mailinglist

Hi all,

this mailinglist (photon at openstreetmap.org) hasn't see much traffic
in recent years. People have moved on to different modes of
communication, so it is time to close it down.

To follow news around Photon, subscribe to the Github repository.
This is also the right place for reporting issues with the software.
