[OSM-Photos] remove from "push to moderation"

I guess the alternative here is to *deselect* the one you want to  
delete and move the rest to moderation, though if you still have a few  
hundred to push then you'll have to do this repeatedly. I intend to  
make this page more similar to the moderation page so selecting and  
deselecting will be easier, and you'll have the "Select All" and  
"Select None" options, this is a bit harder to do so I haven't done it  
quite yet.
