Hi,
I hope you are wrong - I've been doing it all day, but haven't seen any
the behavior you describe.
One thing I did note though - when I press save even though it says the
upload is complete - I noted that the top right corner was still saying
saving and when I pressed save again I got the dialog box reappearing
telling me that it was saving the relations. When I have made several
'chops' then I could press save multiple times before I was told there was
nothing more to upload.
So to me it looks like it is uploading the ways - saying it is complete -
whilst still doing the relations update 'in the background'.
In summary I have come to disbelieve the 'All data successfully upload'
message - but continue to press save until I get the 'Nothing to upload'
message. Doing it this way I have not noted any unexpected results when I
refresh.
