[Potlatch-dev] Memorising Tags and the '/' button

Maybe figured out the problem - I have a Norwegian keyboard (long story....)
and the '/' key is the same as shift-7 - so I think there is a clashing of
the shift-7 memorised tag function and the '/' function and the memorised
tag function is winning.
