[Potlatch-dev] Website and Wikipedia information

I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question.

I'm one of the wacky people who try to use PL2 as their primary
editing interface for now, and in doing so I've been playing with
MapCSS and with map_features.

A small pet peeve of mine is that we have a great tag "website" (and
"wikipedia") which seem very underused.

So I made a local instance of PL2 on my server and created a new
map_features.xml with a category called "Web", which contains the
appropriate tags and descriptions, and added that to most of the
appropriate features.

Now the questions:

1) If I want to submit this (or other things) for upstream review, how
do I do that? If nothing else, I'll throw my repo on github and
someone can check it out.

2) If this is the appropriate forum for discussions of features- I was
thinking that instead of a "Web" tab, I'd simply add website and
wikipedia to the Basic tab of appropriate feature types (like wifi is
currently).

Thanks,

- Serge
