Until we get Richard feeling all warm and fuzzy about git, I'm using
git-svn to have the joys (and sanity) of git locally while still
living with the core code being in svn. It's not perfect, but it'll do
for now. I'll work on Getting In Tentative subliminal messages into
Richard.

Apart from that, same rules for changing map_features.xml as I said to
Steve Bennett : feel free to make changes directly in SVN, we can
discuss, post-commit, any issues that arise.
