How? All I see is some kind of test space. How do you zoom out
enormously or otherwise move to the location you want to edit?
Also, the password authorisation step didn't work for me - for some
reason every time I enter my password, it gets rejected. Is it really
talking to the live OSM?
The URL I'm seeing is:

The URL at password entry is:
