I think that was a regression in r21053 (and, ahem, my fault), but yes, 
good point - testing is urgently needed.

Dave has just updated the instance (using api06.dev) at
	http://random.dev.openstreetmap.org/potlatch2/potlatch2.html

to have the latest code. So if you don't have a local install, that's a 
great place to test.

If you do have a local install with some meaty data behind it - go for it!
