[Potlatch-dev] Joining ways in P2

That does work that way when adding new ways, but it's not quite my use case.

In my case, both ways are already drawn, but not joined for some reason. I
would like to fix this.

In JOSM, I would drag the end point of one way near to the other way and
activate the "join" feature. Is this possible in P2?
