Lots of small but significant progress in the last few days.

Andy has fixed the bug whereby deleting a way point-by-point, then  
uploading, could cause all uploads to fail.

I've improved click detection so that, when drawing a way quickly, you  
don't get those annoying accidental pans.

Dave has added new slider and spinner UI elements for the tag editor.

You can press '+' to add a new tag (as in P1) and 'T' to switch  
between the simple and advanced tag panels. Other P1-style keypresses  
include cursor keys and page up/down to pan and zoom.

Plus lots more bugfixes. The www.geowiki.com live instance has been  
updated, so enjoy. :)
