Comment:

 This isn't a Potlatch issue - the integration code on the web site just
 wasn't telling it what locale to use.

 I'm not sure what PL2 does when the web page it is embedded in - most
 likely it falls back to using the browser request headers to make a
 choice.

 In any case, the web site is now fixed to pass in a locale derived from
 your user settings.
