 Would it be possible to move the "tags" area of Potlatch 2 from the left
 of the main window to below it, so that longer tag values can be viewed?
 Currently, most of the space at the left is wasted (there is, at an
 average screen resolution, space for 13 tags, which is more than most
 items have).

 To view most tag values currently you're continually dragging the
 separator to the right to see the data, and then back to see the map.
