 it would make sense to add a new tab "payment" to some POI types. for
 example fuel stations, restaurant, supermarkets, a.s.o.

 on this tab the user sees checkboxes that represent the keys from the
 payment:namespace. see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:payment

 note that not all payment methods make sense for all POI types. fuel cards
 for example are only relevant for fuel stations.
