 The B shortcut sets the source or source:name tag based on the current
 background layer.

 In Potlatch 2.0-14-gc925264 this maps as:
 "OS OpenData StreetView" background --> source=OS OpenData StreetView
 "OS OpenData Locator" background --> source:name=OS OpenData Locator

 However the wiki at
 http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Ordnance_Survey_Opendata#Attributing_OS
 suggests these values should contain underscores instead of spaces.

 Taginfo shows the community is largely following the wiki:
 166,945 use source=OS_OpenData_StreetView versus 79,636 with OS OpenData
 StreetView
 21,934 use source:name=OS_OpenData_Locator versus 3,327 with OS OpenData
 Locator
