Comment:

 There are a few separate requests, so let's break them up, in order to not
 lose track.

  1. Mark nodes with tags distinctly (I have added this in [25249])
  2. Mark nodes with relations distinctly (is this supported in
 MapCSS/Halycon?)
  3. Mark beginning/ends of ways distinctly (I don't think MapCSS supports
 this yet)
  4. Mark junction nodes distinctly (ditto)
  5. I'm not quite sure what is being requested in the last paragraph.
