Maybe this is where my confusion really is coming from. There seem to
be multiple URLs for getting to Potlatch 2:

http://navigator.er.usgs.gov/edit
http://navigator.er.usgs.gov/edit?editor=potlatch2
I have been using the first URL (pointing to the swf file) when I
register the app in the Oauth clients. I can see the tokens getting
issued as the Client Application name appears in the "Authorised
Applications" complete with a "revoke" button. But it always fails in
creating a changeset. I keep getting a 404 on the
api/0.6/changeset/create command.
