Comment:

 Updated and extended fuel scheme with fix attached. Includes switching
 from octane_95= to new scheme fuel:octane_95= according to
 http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:fuel.

 Also introduces simpleBrand and simpleOperator (in map_features.xml) to
 help reduce the clutter in the preset files.
