[Potlatch-dev] Am I just stupid or is this a bug?

I've been trying to make some changes to the Potlatch2 code but when I build
the SWF, it won't let me actually create a node by dragging and dropping
icons.

If I drop in the latest SWF from random.dev.openstreetmap.org, it works
perfectly.

If I start with a blank directory, git clone and build from scratch, it
doesn't work. So it's not any changes I'm trying to make.

Note that my build of Potlatch2 loads, connects to the database (queries
about Oauth if necessary), displays data, lets me click on nodes, edit tags
and even save the changes.
