Comment:

 Flash doesn't allow you to do anything with the right mouse button other
 than add new items to the contextual menu.

 A better solution would be to slightly modify P2's click-and-drag
 behaviour so that it only moves items if they're already selected. There's
 already a ticket for this (can't remember which).

 Don't forget you can change the map style to 'Network' to make landuse
 features less obtrusive.
