For the record: no, it isn't. I can't speak for anyone else but I don't 
typically accept tickets in trac. If you accept it then all that happens 
is the owner changes away from potlatch-dev@, therefore updates no 
longer go to this list. Not useful.

I'll have a look at it, but I would say xybot isn't exactly doing itself 
any favours (quelle surprise) by encouraging people to put Potlatch 2 
bug reports under a Potlatch 1 ticket. Again, I can't speak for anyone 
else but I don't look at P1 tickets any more.
