[Potlatch-dev] Potlatch 2.2 Release Candidate :)

I think the next version is pretty much ready to go, but since there 
have been some hefty internal changes, we'll give it a day or two so 
people can test.

You can get the source from
	https://github.com/systemed/potlatch2/tree/refactor

Things to test:

- selection behaviour (code here has changed substantially)
- background layers:
	selecting items (controllable via the dialogue)
	importing from shapefiles and elsewhere
	MapDust bugs still working as expected?
- rendering (several changes to MapCSS)
- licence status highlighting (turn on via Options dialogue)
- select by area - control-drag
- previously reported dupe node issue

and post any results here (or better still, fix any bugs ;) ).
