 What: Potlatch should read the attribution information from the API and
 display it somewhere.

 Why: Would mean that attribution is required to be added in the
 surrounding html, which could mean it doesn't get added, or wouldn't be
 possible if potlatch is compiled in such a way that it is not surrounded
 by html (eg AIR for mobile devices eg Android or iOS)

 2 suggested locatons
 1)  could go in the bottom middle of the map - that way it wouldn't
 conflict with the Bing logo on the left and the Bing copyright on the
 right
 2) add it to the same textfield that contains the Bing copyright
