 Steps to reproduce:
 * Open Background menu
 * Deselect 'Dim' (current background is shown undimmed)
 * Select 'None' (or any background other than Bing)
 * Open background menu again ('Dim' is still deselected)
 * Select 'Bing'

 Expected result:
 * Bing background is shown undimmed

 Actual result:
 * Bing background is shown dimmed
