Hi Andy,
First - thanks for taking the time to write up this documentation.
My question is about the paragraph beginning "Publishing your changes.
There's many different ways to share your changes with the rest of the world."
Let's take the hypothetical situation in which a time poor dev (let's
call him Steve) just wants to get back to his old workflow, and
doesn't particularly care to investigate this brave new world of Git
any more than he needs to. Would you mind spelling out the best way?

I don't really want to explore one method, only to find out later that
there was some downside I didn't know about. I just want to commit
stuff somewhere central that you, Richard and whoever can see (and
hopefully act on) patches at...
