 In Potlatch2, when the cursor is moved across the screen any ways that it
 happens to pass over are highlighted and then dehighlighted causing a
 disconcerting flicker effect when the mouse is moved.

 I can understand why it's there, and can even understand why it's the
 default, but it'd be nice if we could optionally turn it off!
