[Potlatch-dev] UX bugs from UCL

I got PL2 compiled, spent some time on the wiki page migrating over some 
docs so that they're editable.

I moved the save button to the top left which was one of the highlights 
of the UX eye tracking talk at SOTMEU.

In the same patch I also retabbed the potlatch2.html as it wasn't 
consistent. Also set +x on the server.rb script.

I shouldn't have put them all in the same patch but there you go. I will 
be a good little boy next time.

I'm happy to hack more, especially on the UX issues highlighted by that 
talk, if this goes well.
