 Sometimes, Potlatch 2 stops updating some parts of the screen. In this
 situation, clicking on different ways does not update the left panel (the
 tags are stuck on the last way selected before the bug rises). It is still
 possible to edit things, but you'll not be able to set any tags or
 relations.

 Also, if some dialog if opened (for example "Save"), when you are typing
 anything, the keystrokes will be interpreted as if the dialog box wasn't
 open (in this example, pressing the "S" key will open ANOTHER Save dialog
 over the first, and so on.).

 I could not find any way to reproduce the problem, but sometimes it
 appears after just a few minutes of editing and sometimes, only after many
 hours and adding/editing many thousands of nodes/ways/etc, but in the end
 it allways happens (if I do not close the changeset and the editor after
 reaching my goal for it).

 Using Google Chrome (latest version), latest Potlatch2 version (I do not
 keep it cached), and latest version of Flash (according to the self-
 updater). OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, using a dual-monitor setup.
