 In its current state, the advanced tagging tab has very poor visibility,
 and new users dont understand the meaning of it.

 It should be more prominent, and be renamed to better signify what it
 does, ie. the ability to add custom tags.

 Also, users have trouble switching between the two modes. Could this also
 be resolved by a more bold tabbing, making it visually clear there are two
 tabs representing different approaches to tagging.
