[Potlatch-dev] Github, and tram/road issues

Hi all,
I just did a pull request to the Github repository (which is fairly
up to date) but it looks like no one is watching. Is there somewhere
else these pull requests should go? It's here anyway:

https://github.com/openstreetmap/potlatch2/pull/5

This particular issue (tram routes not showing up in simple editor)
was trivial to fix but raises two other issues.

The situation where a tram line runs down the middle of a road is
relatively common in my city, but fairly rare around the world. So
ideally we probably don't want the "Tram Route: add to a route" drop
down appearing on every road. What we would like:

1) If there is already a tram route relation on a road, then show the drop down.
2) If the road (highway=*) is also a railway=tram, then show the drop down.

Is either of these possible atm? I'm not sure.

Steve
