 The wiki says "historical transport infrastructure, including roman roads,
 and disused railway tracks" can be identified using the "historic" tag.
 However if you use it on a linear "way" potlatch seems to assume you are
 trying to draw a polygon and shades the area enclosed by the end points.
 This makes it very confusing and sometimes the shading obscures difficult
 to see background details on older maps e.g. NPE. Can this be turned off
 until a closed polygon is created?
