 Hampshire CC have provided shapefiles of the Public Rights of Way. I can
 only open these as a vector background layer in Potlatch 2 if I re-project
 as WGS 84 (EPSG:4326). The OSGB 1936 British National Grid (EPSG:27700)
 projection will not open.

 2 files attached:
 * test.zip -> WGS 84 projection
 * boat.zip -> OSGB projection

 Both files include a polyline of OSM way 4362474:
