 I wanted to delete Way 4577508, however, every time I did so, I could no
 longer save my edits, as the API precondition failed, saying the way was
 still in the relation. (2290)  I re-loaded potlatch, and tried to remove
 the way explicitly from the relation (2290), and hit save.  This came up
 with no errors, but it transpired that the way was still in the
 relationship in the main database, and any attempt to delete the way again
 resulted in the same precondition failure.

 I have been able to delete some ways which where in relations - just not
 this one.  I do not know what is special about this one.  Maybe its
 becouse its the last way in the relation?  I have left the way there - but
 reduced, and not tagged as anything.
