I also think this would be really useful. There was a recent bug that
I couldn't reproduce on my machine but I could reproduce on the
deployed site. Unfortunately I couldn't distinguish* between
"something unique about my machine" and "bug has been fixed in master,
but not yet deployed". Having access to a bleeding edge build deployed
on openstreetmap.org would have been very useful in that case.
Similarly, if we suspect a new bug report has already been fixed, we
could just say "Would you mind trying to reproduce it on the beta
site?"

* Ok, I guess I could have tried to find out the version number of the
deployed version, then checkout that version.
