Lots of things other than lakes are tagged "natural=water". When a mapper
sees one of these (e.g. a pond) represented in P2's simple view as a
"lake", they're going to want to "fix" it.
This was logged in P1 as #2117 , and fixed there by using "water" instead
of "lake". It's also part of the issue described in #4510 .

seems motivated by any "natural=water" appearing as "lake" in simple view.
