#4846: Use correct case for help documentation

Comment (by Jonathan Bennett):

Actually this is correct. The convention in documentation has always been
to use upper case letters to denote a keypress, and to include "Shift +"
 where appropriate.

The reason is simple: look at the keys on your keyboard. The letters are
in uppercase, even though unmodified they produce lower case letters when
typing. Change to lowercase letters for keypresses, and you have a
 mismatch.
