 http://aerial.openstreetmap.org.za/ (ngi-aerial) has 50cm aerial imagery
 for all of South Africa. The imagery more consistent and on the whole has
 better positional accuracy than Bing aerial.

 It would be great if PL2 used ngi-aerial as the default background later
 for South African instead of Bing.
