 System details:

 * Windows XP SP 3
 * Google Chrome v. 24.0.1312.56 m
 * Adobe Flash v. 11.5.31.137
 * Potlatch v. 2.3-554-ge648197

 Steps:

 * Click on the "Map Style" drop-down.
 * Click "Edit..."
 * Click "Add".
 * Enter "!OpenStreetInfo" for name and
 "http://kothic.googlecode.com/hg/src/styles/openstreetinfo.mapcss" for
 URL.
 * Hit the Tab key.
 * Click the "X" to close the sub-window.
 * Click on the "Map Style" drop-down again.

 I expected to find the !OpenStreetInfo style listed among the choices, but
 I got the same 5 choices as before.

 Similarly, I'm unable to delete choices from this menu.
