 I regret to inform you that I had to mention Potlatch2 in an unfavourable
 light on the following wiki page:

 All the way at the bottom. The widespread use since the beginning, of the
 note tag is, of course, documented in the section about the route
 relations. Apparently it has been suggested by Andy Allan at one point in
 time when we started to map these routes.
