 As well as Export > Embeddable HTML, I'd find it really useful to have a
 similar option just to get the link (the same link that appears in the
 Embeddable version, but without the & encoding and the surrounding
 IFRAME). Of course this is like Permalink, but has the option to add a
 marker. Given the similarity to Embeddable, I'd guess this is a pretty
 trivial thing to add.
