I've merged this to http://tomh.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/ for people's 
consideration.

The only thing I'm not really sure about is the vertical line between 
the name and the arrow that activates the menu, especially in the tabs 
where it introduces more separation in the middle of the edit tab than 
between the tabs.
